START HERE™: DIAGNOSE. DECIDE. MOVE. is a three-part CEO DRIVEHER™ pre-class series built for business owners, creators, merchants, and operators who have plenty they could do—but need greater clarity about what deserves to happen next.
This series is not about giving you another stack of ideas. It is designed to help you reduce the noise, examine the evidence, account for what you already have, and make stronger operating decisions before committing additional time, money, attention, or capacity.
INSIDE THE SERIES
PRE-CLASS ONE™ — Choose the Business Problem That Deserves Your Attention First
Before adding another product, platform, strategy, or assignment, learn how to diagnose what is actually happening. You’ll work through symptoms, root problems, constraints, operating conditions, existing assets, priorities, and the work that officially belongs on your NOT NOW list.
The goal is to stop treating every visible problem as the actual problem—and identify the issue with the greatest consequence first. The live class also teaches students to use existing assets more deliberately rather than automatically creating something new.
PRE-CLASS TWO™ — Turn Scattered Ideas Into One Practical Direction
Ideas are no longer scarce. In the age of AI, possibilities can multiply faster than you can realistically execute them.
This class helps you sort competing ideas through relevance, evidence, timing, effort, and fit, reduce oversized ideas into testable directions, and decide whether an idea belongs in DO NOW, TEST NEXT, PARK, or REMOVE.
You’ll also learn how to use AI as an idea-triage partner rather than an idea generator, so the tool helps reduce your options instead of expanding your workload.
PRE-CLASS THREE™ — Coming to the Series
The third installment will be added to this same portal after the live class is held. Its full description and supporting segments will be added here once the class is complete.
WHAT THIS SERIES IS DESIGNED TO HELP YOU DO
By the end of the full series, the objective is not for you to have more possibilities.
It is for you to have better judgment about:
- what deserves attention,
- what already exists and can be used,
- what problem you are actually solving,
- which ideas deserve resources,
- which ideas need a smaller test,
- which work belongs later,
- and what you should move on now.
You do not need every idea to become an assignment.
You need the right work to become the current assignment.
